Why a restored photo is the gift they'll keep

Frequently asked questions
How does the person I give it to use it?
They scan the QR code on the card with their phone, or visit fondlyphotos.com/redeem and type the code. No account, no app, no password. Then they choose an old photo and Fondly restores it in about a minute.
What if they are not comfortable with technology?
Then make it a gift you share: sit down together with the photo album, or ask them to lend you a few prints and restore them yourself with the same code. A phone picture of a print is enough.
Does the gift expire?
No. The 50 photo restorations never expire and there are no fees of any kind, so they can be used a few at a time over months or years.
What is included?
50 photo restorations with everything Fondly does: scratch and tear repair, Deep repair for badly damaged prints, sharper faces, soft natural color and 4× enlargement for prints up to 8×10".
Can I schedule it for a date?
You choose when to give it. Nothing is sent automatically: print the card for a Christmas stocking or the Thanksgiving table, or email or text the picture of the card whenever you like.
Can they pass the code on?
Yes. A gift code works for whoever has it, on any phone or computer. Treat it like cash and share it only with the person you are giving it to. Codes can be given, but not resold.
What if the code gets lost?
You can always find it again in your purchase email from Polar, our payment partner. Restorations that someone has already used cannot be given back, so keep the card somewhere safe.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email support@fondlyphotos.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. All the details are in our Terms.
What if Fondly ever closes?
We would announce it here at least 90 days ahead, the code would keep working until then, and you could ask for a refund of any unused restorations.
