What is a credit?
One credit restores one photo with any options: scratch repair, colors and 4× enlargement. If a restoration fails, the credit is not used.
Do credits expire?
No. Use them whenever you like, on any of your devices.
Credits or Pro?
Credits (50 for $9) are best for one album or a gift. Pro gives you 100 photos every month for people who restore photos regularly (Deep repair uses 3 of your 100 monthly photos; with credits it uses 1 credit).
How do I get my key?
Right after checkout you come back to this page and your key is activated automatically. It is also emailed to you; paste it below on another device.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you are not happy, email us within 14 days of a payment for a full refund, even if you have used some credits. Gift codes have their own rules in our Terms.
